SIGMA camera
Scan of the lateral surface (outer and inner surface) with up to 2000 pictures over 360°. With this system we can reach an enormous accuracy. Scan area up to 260 mm for long parts. Speed up to 180 parts / minute possible. Sealing surface ca be scanned with an accuracy of 1,5 micro meters.

ENSIT
360° inspection of the lateral surface up to 1.500 parts / minute in continues mode.

SNIF
360° inspection of inner surfaces of holes in continues mode. Up to 1.500 parts / minute.

THETA K100
Complete 3D analysis of any surface. With this camera we can see all defects, deformations and read the structure of the scanned surface. Speed up to 120 parts / minute.

THETA G100
360° thread inspection. Thread analysis with a 3D camera. All necessary information’s about the thread and its defects can be taken by this camera. Speed up to 160 parts/ minute.

THETA Z
Laser-systems to check different structures and areas which are difficult to access by camera.
